Supervision From Someone Who Really Gets It
Most supervisors understand clinical work. Fewer understand what it actually takes to build a practice around it. I do both, and that's what makes supervision with me different.
The Work
I work with Level 1 and Level 2 counsellors who are serious about their clinical development and want supervision that keeps pace with the full scope of what that means: complex client presentations, ethical decision-making, and the practical realities of sustaining a practice that doesn't cost you everything to run.
I don't work from a script. Supervision with me is collaborative and responsive. You can expect to be challenged when it's useful, supported when it's needed, and leave each session clearer than when you arrived.
Meet Your Supervisor
I'm Hailee, a registered counsellor, clinical supervisor, and Director of Hills Relationship Centre in Sydney's Hills District. I'm a member of the Australian Counselling Association and the ACA College of Supervisors.
Over the years I've watched genuinely skilled counsellors, psychotherapists, and social workers begin their careers with real ability and real commitment, and then burn out or quietly give up on private practice altogether. Not because they weren't good enough, but because they didn't have the right support around them.
That's what brought me to supervision work. And it's what shapes how I do it.
My background is clinical, but I've also built a private practice from the ground up. I know what the operational side of this work actually asks of you, and I don't think that should be off the table in supervision. If it's affecting your work or your sustainability, it belongs in the room. I provide supervision built for the realities of private practice.
